Tune-Air®, Cryoseal® will result in patent and trademark infringement. Your name, company, and entity will be fully prosecuted under federal, state and International laws. Your name, company and full contact information will be reported to APG corporate Patent Attorney which will result in legal action, to include but not limited to: compensation for damages and other penalties, in the United States, Canada and other Foreign Countries.

U.S.A.   This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida and Georgia, U.S.A.,without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be resolved exclusively by an appropriate federal or state court sitting in the state of Florida, U.S.A.

Shipping Limitations

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designed by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with any shipping restrictions contained on this site.  All purchases of products made from this site or by telephone are made pursuant to a shipment contract.  As a result, risk of loss of title for items purchased from this site and by telephone pass on to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.  You are responsible for filling any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. 

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold SSR/CCI harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of this site.

Termination

This agreement is effective unless and until terminated by SSR/CCI.  SSR/CCI may terminate this agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the site.  If in SSR/CCI's sole discretion you fail to comply with this agreement, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.
